This is one of my flowerface portraits. Most of my art is painted in thick paint that are bold colours.
For this series I wanted to make it more feminine, lighter brush strokes and minimal compared to my many layers thick works.
She is painted on repurposed fabric, which is actually a thick curtain. During the pandemic I started up a textile recycling business in my town so had a warehouse full of fabric donations to help reduce landfill.
She comes with a certificate of authenticity and is registered with the NRAAA.
